Move-out reset

Leaving a rental in Montevideo often means meeting a landlord checklist written years ago. Our move-out service targets handover standards: empty cupboards wiped, oven and fridge interiors cleaned, bathroom grout brushed, windows sills dusted, and floors washed after furniture is gone.

Book at least five days ahead when possible so we can align with your mover schedule. We prefer the unit empty of boxes; if furniture remains, tell us what stays so we work around it without scratching floors. Keys can be collected from the building admin or left in a lockbox.

We provide a signed completion note you can forward to your landlord or agency. We do not perform repairs, painting, or pest treatment — if we notice damage we note it on the card without assuming responsibility. For combined move-out and recurring clients, we apply a modest loyalty adjustment discussed at quote time.
