These terms apply to sleek-quest.homes and cleaning services provided by House of Sleek Quest, 72 Park Avenue, Montevideo, Uruguay. By using the site or booking a visit you agree to these terms. Uruguayan law governs unless mandatory consumer rules provide otherwise.

Services. We provide residential cleaning as described on our service pages. We do not offer medical disinfection, pest control, or regulated trade work. Scope is defined in your written quote or checklist.

Booking. Appointments require confirmed access instructions. Cancellations with less than forty-eight hours’ notice may incur a fee equal to one scheduled visit unless we can fill the slot.

Payment. Recurring clients are invoiced monthly unless agreed otherwise. Move-out jobs may require a deposit for supplies. Prices include labour unless extras are approved in advance.

Keys and access. You authorise our team to enter at agreed times. We log key handoffs. Report lost keys immediately so we can update the log.

Damage. We treat your home with care. Report any concern within twenty-four hours of a visit so we can review. Our liability for direct damage caused by negligence is limited to the value of the affected item or the visit fee, whichever is lower, except where law forbids such limits.

Website. Content is informational. We may update pages without notice. Do not misuse the site to disrupt service or harvest data.
